Jo joined the Riverside Team mid 2020. She holds a Diploma in Horse Business Management from Marcus Oldham College, is an ESNZ Development Coach and Coach Educator and is an EA level 1 Coach. Jo brings a range of skills and experiences from her time working in England and Ireland and working as a freelance coach with her own business in New Zealand. She has a passion for coaching and developing people with many years supporting riders through pony club levels and on into their competitive careers.

Hayley is our EA Level 1 senior coach here at Riverside, in the process completing her Level 2. Hayley has brought with her, extensive knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm for her love of horses, coaching and eventing. With her fun personality, eagerness to help and strong passion for riding, you’ll be sure not to miss her when your come out for your ride.

Ava had been a part of Riverside for most of her life, She learnt to ride here at 5 and almost 17 years later she is still here coaching and doing feed up. You will often find Ava giving Bandit a cuddle or carrot between lessons. Having been mainly a dressage rider for most of her life Ava is looking forward to getting into some eventing with her own horse Cue.

Jess has been coaching for 20 years and competing for 25 years. Jess has a 2 star level Eventing, 1.25 Show Jumping and Elementary level Dressage competitively. She has competed at international and national level events across the East Coast of Australia. Her biggest coaching influences have been Tony Manca, Jonathen Paget and Emma Flavelle, who she has worked with over the last 20 years.now. Currently Jess is in the final stages of achieving her EA level 1 General coaching accreditation. Jess is eager to help riders develop their riding and horsemanship skills and foster their passion for horses. She is excited about and looking forward to working with the Riverside Equestrian Centre team and all their clients and horses.
